Alan was a great help in determining the product, color and shipping plan. It started as an online purchase but direct contact with him made me feel like I was buying it from a merchant I knew. The product itself worked out pretty well - it is easier to cut and has a better "real stone" surface than other cast veneer's I've seen and had used on projects. If you're looking for a DIY product I would recommend you reach out to Alan and get their help with your needs.
